If your tool ever needs service, then bring it to your distributor for service and enquire about our “Loaner Drill Program” Ask your Moty-Ko distributor if they have our loaner tool program available. Participating distributors will have a loaner drill for you to use while your tool is out for service. No, You can elect to send your tool directly to Moty-Ko service by clicking here and filling out the warranty claim form Please be advised that to participate in the loaner drill program, you must go to a participating distributor.
Because of our dedication to customer service, we never want to promise something we can’t deliver. That said, a reasonable time from when you drop it off with a distributor, or send it directly to Moty-Ko, would be two-weeks excluding holidays. Moty-Ko parts are readily available for our customers service needs.
You must purchase your extended warranty within (30) thirty days of purchase. Send in a copy of your sales receipt, fill out the extended warranty card along with the $45 charge per tool and send directly to Moty-Ko Professional Power Tools. Within the extended one-year warranty, if your tool needs servicing, Moty-Ko will repair or replace with a new tool. If your tool is dated, Moty-Ko reserves the right to replace it with a model of equal or greater value.
