Every Moty-Ko product is warranted to the original purchaser only to be free from defects in material and workmanship. Subject to certain exceptions, Moty-Ko will repair or replace any parts and labor on a product which, after examination, is determined by Moty-Ko to be defective in material or workmanship for a period of one (1) year after the date of purchase. Return the product and a copy of proof of purchase to a Moty-Ko Authorized Distributor or fi ll out the Warranty Repair Form and send directly to Moty-Ko Tool Repair Service, 23824 W. Andrew Road #104, Plainfi eld, IL. 60585-8768. This warranty does not apply for products which have been abused, misused, modifi ed, normal wear and tear, lack of maintenance or accidents and does not apply to any parts, components, or accessories not manufactured by Moty-Ko.

Acceptance of the exclusive repair and replacement remedies described herein is a condition of the contract for the purchase of every Moty-Ko product. In no event shall Moty-Ko be liable for any incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for any costs, attorney fees, expenses, losses or delays alleged to be as a consequence of any damage to, failure of, or defect in any product including, but not limited to, any claims for loss of profi ts. This warranty is exclusive and in lieu of all other warranties or conditions, written or oral, expressed or implied. Without limiting the generality of the foregoing, Moty-Ko disclaims any implied warranty of merchantability for a particular use or purpose.
